The courses of professional qualification (updating, further training
and continuous training) – in presence and distance education
modalities are courses of continuous professional training – in all
school levels. They aim to develop essential knowledge and abilities for
the social life in its relation with the activities that are developed
in the productive processes in health. In order to work, they do not
need authorization from CNE/MEC – they are standardized by specific
complementary rules and standards of the School
It has the goal of
helping a better dialogue with the organization of the Unified Health
System and the health practices in it - so optimizing the category work
as defining axe and training processes configurator. It is considered
strategic spaces of teaching where there is the rich meeting of the
academic knowledge with the experiences and knowledge of the different
actors of practice – managers, professionals from the basic attention,
from the health surveillance, local agents and counselors, among others
who belong to the national health sector.
