Public Policies, Management, and Health Care
This area is divided into seven research lines aimed at strengthening theoretical education and technical training for professionals and public managers in the formulation, implementation, and analysis of public policies and their implications for public health. The focus includes topics such as public policies, planning, management, human rights and health, primary health care and health care networks, health technologies and innovation, health education, and regulation, aiming to promote the dissemination and development of best practices in program analysis, evaluation, and management, especially in the health sector.

Health Surveillance and Evaluation
This area is divided into seven research lines aimed at training managers and health professionals in health surveillance, involving planning, implementation, operation, and evaluation of policies and programs in Sanitary, Epidemiological, Occupational, and Environmental Surveillance. The focus is on policies, regulation, territory, health education, citizenship, work, and the environment.
